Statistical information for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006

During the 2006-07 fiscal year, the following client services were provided by programs of Anna Marie’s Alliance.

Numbers are unduplicated unless otherwise stated.

316 Community presentations were made to 5,817 participants

  • Anna Marie’s Shelter for battered women and their children. Advocacy services are provided to residents of the shelter and members of the community who do not reside at the shelter.

195 elementary school presentations on Peacekeeping/Safety/Bullying with 2,364 students.

  • Anna Marie's Criminal Justice Intervention Program

1,121 total victims received services (1,036 female, 75 male, 4 unknown)

278 criminal court hearings were attended on behalf of 180 victims

70 sentencing hearings on behalf of 64 victims

610 victims received 1,727 criminal justice support services

982 criminal domestic abuse offenses were monitored through the court system

363 victims received written information packets regarding rights/services

389 information and referral services were provided to 273 victims by phone
