What is Sexual Battering?
Sexual Battering involves physical acts against the victim’s body. Some examples are unwanted pinching of breasts, buttocks, genitals; sexual activity accompanied by physical assaults; forced sexual activity; forcing sexual activity with third person, etc.
Regardless of the type, all battering is done to punish, to dominate, or to control the victim. When battering is happening, there is no concern for the mental or physical well-being of the other person.
