Statistical information for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011

During the 2010-11 fiscal year, the following client services were provided by programs of Anna Marie’s Alliance. Numbers are unduplicated unless otherwise stated.

  • Total people served in all programs: 2,690
  • Volunteer Hours provided to the organization: 10,590 by 379 volunteers--includes individuals and groups.

Community Education

  • 475 Community presentations were made to 9,197 participants
  • 6 Professional Trainings were provided to 154 participants
  • 9 Presentation/displays in community venues were attended/ viewed by 5,528 participants

Anna Marie’s Shelter for battered women and their children

Advocacy services are provided to residents of the shelter and members of the community who do not reside at the shelter.

  • 1,474 Total adult victims served (1,197 women, 16 men, 4 unknown)
  • 257 Total children served (121 female children, 127 male children, 9 unknown)

Residents at the Shelter

  • 294 Total residents
  • 135 women resided at the shelter
  • 159 children resided at the shelter
  • 41 days was the average length of stay at the Shelter
  • 67 Orders for Protection were prepared for 57 women
  • 23 Harassment Orders were prepared for 20 women
  • 48 women attended 127 parenting groups
  • 121 women attended support groups
  • 228 women received 164 information and referral services in person
  • 606 women received 820 information and referral services by phone
  • 4,481 personal advocacy services provided to 223 victims
  • 74 health assessment services provided to 67 women

Anna Marie's Children's Program

  • 5,921 child care services were provided for 111 children
  • 39 children attended children's group a total of 186 times
  • 208 personal advocacy services were provide to 29 children
  • 2,620 counseling/intervention services provided for 102 children
  • 83 children received health assessments

Anna Marie's School Youth Project

  • 6,265 Total served
  • 402 middle and high school students participated in 43 Life Choices/Healthy Relationship Skill Building groups.
  • 393 elementary school presentations on Peacekeeping/Safety/Bullying with 5,863 students.

Anna Marie's Criminal Justice Intervention Program

  • 1,185 total victims received services (1040 female,143 male, 2 unknown)
  • 1,117 criminal court hearings on behalf od 151 victims
  • 52 sentencinghearings on behalf of 38 victims
  • 12 OFP hearings were attended on behalf of 6 victims
  • 1,079 criminal domestic abuse offenses were monitored through the court system
  • 344 victims received written information packets regarding rights/services
  •  95 information and referral services were provided to 79 victims by phone
  • 222 Law enforcement officers participated in 6 training's

Jill Eckhoff Transitional House

  • 4 female headed households with 5 children resided at the House
  • 3 single women resided at the House
  • Average length of stay was 360 days
